Homemade Crunchy Granola Topper Recipe
This delicious, healthy granola is perfect to add some crunch and flavour to your morning yoghurt or evening fruit bowl.

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius.Step 2.
In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, pepitas, flax seeds, honey, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt.Step 3.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Step 4.
Bake for 10 minutes. Stir, then bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.Step 5.
Once cooled, stir in the dried fruit.Step 6.
Store in an air-tight container.
